Reflex Training is currently booked entirely by phone or email, which works operationally but gives limited visibility into where inquiries come from and how they convert. Instead of starting with an analysis phase, we start with the target picture: one dashboard connecting website visitors, bookings, show-up rate and source — then show exactly how we'd get there, technically.
Instead of another report at the end of an analysis phase, we lead with the target picture: one dashboard connecting website visitors, bookings, show-up rate and campaign source — actionable tools, not slides. Example below with illustrative data for "Reflex Training".

Today, training inquiries are handled through phone and email. That works operationally, but it creates limited visibility into source, follow-up status and business impact. This is the real "Kontakt" page today:

Website → Calendar → MVP Tracking Layer → Dashboard — with an optional feedback loop into systems like Google Ads or CRM, so future campaigns and follow-ups can optimize toward attended appointments instead of just bookings.
Booking widget on the training page. On click, a source identifier (e.g. gclid from a Google Ads campaign) is captured if present in the URL.
The prospect books an open slot directly. Zeeg generates a unique invitee_uuid per booking.
Tracking_Raw (source ID per website click, e.g. gclid) is matched via UUID with the Zeeg export (status: booked/attended). Currently implemented as a structured spreadsheet — the fastest way to prove the model.
Only appointments actually attended, with a source ID, are output in the required format for offline conversion imports (e.g. Google Ads) and uploaded on a regular schedule.
Campaign platforms — e.g. Google Ads — can learn which clicks lead to real appointments if this loop is activated. In parallel, the live dashboard from step 01 is generated.
Fields exported: Google Click ID, Conversion Name, Conversion Time (appointment start, Europe/Berlin timezone), Conversion Value, Conversion Currency — in the format required for offline conversion imports (e.g. Google Ads). Recommended upload frequency: at least weekly.
Reflex Training is not necessarily the biggest revenue driver at Reflex — but it's a contained, low-risk place to prove this model. The core problem isn't missing software; it's the missing link between marketing/sales activity and business outcome. Once proven here, the same approach extends to exhibitions, the product selector and other higher-impact touchpoints.
Trainings, exhibitions and consultations become quantifiable touchpoints — not just "we attended event X".
Campaign platforms receive a high-quality signal — an attended appointment, not just a click — and can shift budget toward what actually performs. Google Ads is one example among several possible integrations.
The same UUID/gclid logic can later be applied to exhibitions, the product configurator and other touchpoints — the foundation for the planned 2026 awareness strategy.
Before implementing this reliably across Reflex, we need to map the relevant touchpoints, systems and data flows once. The sprint defines the target picture, identifies the most relevant visibility gaps and prioritizes the first MVP implementation. Instead of a classic consulting project, this is a compact, execution-focused entry point:
What should be visible at the end? A shared target picture for reporting and attribution.
Which touchpoints (training, exhibitions, product selector, social) really exist — and what data do they actually generate?
What's missing to make the target picture technically and organizationally possible?
Which pragmatic first step creates visible transparency fastest — e.g. this booking flow case?
A concrete recommendation for where to start — e.g. this booking flow — with scope, effort and expected visibility gain.
This click-dummy shows the principle using Reflex Training. In the sprint, we apply the same logic to further touchpoints and connect it to CRM and revenue data.
